Parrish Senior Consultation Center serves families and older adults with complex medical, cognitive or social challenges that interfere with healthy, independent living. As your care partner, we provide a comprehensive “head to toes” assessment from Board-Certified Geriatrician Pamela Tronetti, DO, AGSF. Before your appointment, you will be sent a comprehensive evaluation to fill out that will help during your assessment, which includes:
The comprehensive assessment takes about 1 hour to 1½ hours. Afterwards, you’ll be armed with a coordinated, personalized care plan. Medicare and most other insurances are accepted. Patients can self-refer, be scheduled for an appointment by their caregiver, or referred by their primary care physician.
