    My visit was fine prior to seeing my primary care. I told the assistant that takes my weight and blood pressure that I needed a new order of my prescription somehow that wasn't relayed and when I checked on the refill, it wasn't ready. I had to request it again few days later.

    Having to go through a call center is totally ridiculous as well as so inconvenient! If Ivan get out of the Brevard medical group I will! Not because of the Drs or staff, solely for the phone issue as well as not being able to get in in a timely manner.

    I had a good experience at this visit. As regards your survey; an option of NA (not applicable) would do nicely. A lot of your questions do not apply to the physician. A lot of the questions would apply to your scheduling service.

    I am a senior citizen. I think the medical history required to give, should reflect age appropriate questions. Questions concerning periods, births, etc are not necesssary for my age. Thank you
