    Okay, I would say the office was clean. The people at the front desk was wonderful. The nurse that took me back in the back was very attentive and very kind. Right now with Dr. Go, I cannot put any negative because so far everything to me was excellent.

    Dr. Navas is by far the best OB and always listens and takes his time with you. However, the office staff is kind, but they are so unorganized and I waited over an hour because they put me in as a new patient and I was not a new patient. So it was super frustrating. I also had other people that were sitting beside me that were seeing another care provider that had been there for an hour and a half and had not been seen because they forgot about her.     I really enjoy going in and seeing the same people at the front desk all the time. They recognize me and they know who I am. And that makes me think that Dr. Go runs a tight ship and his people are happy to work for him, as happy as I am to go and have him take care of me.

    Yes, you need to change the way people are to get appointments. The way it is set up now, it is virtually impossible. It took me four days to get someone to answer a phone and take a message. This answering service is not going to work for you guys. Thank you.
