How May We Help You?
The following is a sample of services that can be arranged through the
Customer Service Coordinator or your nurse.

Special needs services for the hearing,
visually or physically impaired are available free of charge to the deaf or hard of hearing. These include
services such as sign language and oral interpreters. Please let your
nurse or the Customer Service Coordinator know you or a family member
needs this service.

Foreign Language translation is available. Please let your nurse know if you need this service.

Notary Public Service - If you require a notary, the hospital will provide this service free of
charge. Ask your nurse to notify the notary for you.
