I would like to see the phone service improve there. It's terrible. I actually have to get in my car and drive there to make an appointment for my husband or myself. They need to really get some changes made as far as getting to be able to make appointment without being on hold for over 30 minutes and driving there still on hold and talking to an operator at the facility. Please do something about this. This is ridiculous.

I trust Zarina Quintinita more than anyone else in this practice. She genuinely cares about my health and my well-being.

My primary care doctor was interested in everything that I was doing for my rehab and rehabilitation on my knee replacement. She seemed to be very into my injury.

Seeing my provider was easy enough. however trying to reach ANYONE there by telephone is nigh onto impossible! No one answers extensions and no one returns calls when you leave messages! Get rid of that useless compuer phone system and put a live operator back in answering your phones!!

We appreciate the professional staff at your facility. Since we are new to this practice, we expected some confusion because our former medical care provider kept very poor records and some former visits were not interrupted properly. It feels good to have all our needs available in your facility.

My wait time was extremely long and there was nobody else in the waiting room. It was not a busy afternoon. Aside from that, everything else was fine. I just don't think that keeping somebody 45 minutes past their appointed time is necessary, especially when I came early. And I was pre-checked in and I had to check in again. That wasn't necessary either. Thank you.

Zarina is excellent. She had a good bedside manner and is very caring and thorough.
