Dr. Sean Verma, MD, FASN

Dr. Verma was born and raised in Titusville, Florida and lived locally in Titusville until going to USF for undergraduate. He is excited to return to his hometown to provide excellent nephrology care for the community in which he grew up in. Dr. Verma holds special designation as a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology (FASN). FASN is a designation for nephrologists who have demonstrated excellence in their practice in nephrology and is a distinction to those nephrologists with outstanding credentials who have achieved high professional achievement.

Prior to returning to Florida, Dr. Verma worked as an attending nephrologist in Philadelphia where he was also Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and helped to teach medical students, residents, and the next generation of physicians. Dr. Verma has been a frequent presenter at national conferences including the American Society of Nephrology and National Kidney Foundation conferences and has conducted and published papers in numerous areas of nephrology. In his time away from work, he enjoys time with his wife and family, trying new restaurants in the area, traveling, and is an avid basketball and football fan.
