This was my first appointment with Dr. Wong and I was pleased with his knowledge of my medical history and interest in my current conditions.

Both the doctor and his assistant were very helpful to me and I would recommend them. Thank you so much.

Dr. Wong was very nice and accommodating, but this is the first primary care appointment I've ever had where the doctor didn't examine me at all. I have my blood pressure and heart rate taken by the nurse, but the doctor just talked to me, which I guess is OK, because I guess he figures, I tell him if I have any issues.

I have had 6 primary care doctors in the last 3 years! Very disappointed with no one knowing who I am!

Dr. Wong seems really competent. He seems smart and everything, but he's so professional and businesslike. There's no small talk. He doesn't listen very well and it doesn't seem like he really cares about me as a person just as a clinical patient who's sitting next to him. He doesn't do anything hands-on and he just seems really distant and a primary care provider should be someone that you can talk to easily.

The facilities were clean. The appointment staff were a bit confused when I came to check in - they sent me over to the lab desk. The lab desk sent me back to the check-in-appointment scheduler. They were somewhat confused and not as professional as I expected. I've suggested getting QR code posted on the wall posters. Everybody carries a phone now they could just click and get the information.

Very efficient and pleasant visit. I love that everything; xray, lab, doctors, etc., are in the same facility.
