That was the best experience I've ever had at a medical facility. Everyone was so kind and so thorough and made me feel very much cared for.

That was my first time at the hospital and they were all wonderful to me. I would definitely have this for a hospital.

All members of staff - receptionist, X-ray technician and PA were friendly and helpful.

The paperwork from the office staff was a little bit confusing at times, and there was questions I had, and then I gave them my durable power of attorney to make a copy, but then they came and got me to go see the doctor, and I never got my durable power of attorney back. They did call me and say they had it for me, and I could come back and get it, but the office staff was a little unorganized, I would say, but not terrible. That's all.
