Scheduling appointments is a nightmare.

The doctor and his nurse is very professional and gives excellent care. Office and administration is causing me to find another doctor. Getting appointment and working with office is almost impossible. They are rude, uncooperative. Checking in for last appointment the person kept her head in her hand, head down, and mumbled. When I ask her to repeat question she got mad and very short.

It was hard trying to find my physician. Since he had relocated. Left messages then finally found his new number.

It has taken a very long period of time to get any action. I would appreciate if somebody from the office could come and speak to me about this problem. I've been in this area for a lot of years. The doctor I had was fine. The new communication problem is mostly we cannot communicate. That's not good. Me talking to a telephone doesn't get my idea through. I'm done.

Not crazy about the fact I can no longer receive my injections directly from the physician. Seems ridiculous to send me to the infusion lab. 0/10
