If you have something that comes up from nowhere, they are very direct with what they come do! In other words they are not Iunderstanding as to what is going on in your life. Things do that place without your knowledge. Life is like that sometimes. But I imagine they have their schedule. And I understand that but life isn't perfect and things do happen!

I would like for calls requested for callbacks be honored. I would like for them to give you information about what they were doing or plan to do and with whom they're going to do it. Communication is horrible, horrible there. So that's my complaint.

The staff need to make sure that all the labs and test results are provided to the doctor before the appointment and not rely on the patient to make sure they have them all especially since that office order them.

Dr. James Glenn was extremely helpful, very well knowledgeable. He explained things well, he was kind and very thorough and I had good treatment which has helped me a lot. Thank you.

The care provider, the doctor was awesome. The staff, the initial office staff, clerks, desk staff, no. Needs work. Unprepared paperwork, unprepared. Inefficient. Other than that, everything was fine. I was in and out in a timely manner, so thank you.

Well, there was a new worker in Dr. Glenn's office, and I've been a patient of his for years, and this person smokes. It smelled so bad I could barely stand it. So, that's what you could improve.
