Yes, my only concern is that it is very difficult to ever reach the office unless you go online and do it through the website. If you call, you go through the answering center, you never get the office. And that bothers me a lot.

I really like Dr. Rios and I think she does a great job. However, the staff that answers the phone and gets refills on medications and things like that, I had a horrible experience with them. They were very rude and argumentative with me when I was trying to get my prescription filled because the wrong medicine had been filled.
