I can't remember the doctor's nurse, but she was very friendly and very informative. And when the doctor came in, he was also friendly and went over everything with me. And as always, he is very knowledgeable about everything that he is explaining to me. And I really appreciate him as a doctor.

I found that Dr. Schafer was very informative. He took his time with us and answered our questions, even went over the x-rays and MRIs to give us a better understanding of what was going on with my daughter's knee. I thought he was a great physician and I would highly recommend him.

I had to call over and over several times for somebody to answer the phone. I left several messages, never got a return phone call. I almost was about to just drive to the office to get an appointment because the phone would go straight to voicemail that they were busy over and over again and nobody called me back. I just had to keep calling and calling. Finally, on the fourth day, I got somebody to answer.
