I was pleasantly surprised by all the staff and the doctor and he was very knowledgeable and I got treatment and I plan on going back to him and again seeing another doctor and Dr. Schafer again. Great experience. Thank you.

Doctor & staff were very friendly and professional! Doctor made me feel very relaxed and confident in his ability to operate on my shoulder.

Dr Schafer took his time to ge the best accurate location to treat a mess of arthritis in wrist. I previously was treated by another orthopedic surgeon who totally missed the needed accuracy.

Your staff was very short handed. They were very nice and helped me but had my daughter help with transport as they did not have enough people.

After going to two different doctors to try to get my arm fixed for a broken arm, they both wanted to do surgery and Dr. Schafer knew that I could not have surgery with another condition that I have going on and he was very kind and very patient and very helpful and he got my arm back to working just great and I greatly appreciate him. He's a great doctor.

All in all, it was a great pre-surgery experience. The doctor was a little vague on what exactly was going to happen, but I understand that not everyone is odd like me and wants to know the details when they're getting surgery.

When I was there for the first time, I didn't know that I only had half an hour, no matter what. They told me to bring all my pills and all information. I brought my pills three times and they never looked at it, and when the half hour was over, by the time, the first time, I didn't know that I only had half an hour so they didn't have time to listen to what I had to say.
