    Making the appointment was a nightmare. Called PSJ 4 times (and left messages that were not returned) before we got someone and they still had no information about my wife. Finally had to go pick up records and xrays from MedFast and go to office in person to PSJ office. They were very nonchalant about us not getting a call back, excusing that they are under staffed. Then they wanted me to leave and wait for a phone call. I had to refuse to leave until someone would make an appointment for my wife.

    Need to put the QR code on your wall literature to make it easier for people to access the portal. I found the check-in ladies to be a little less professional than I expected. They weren't sure who I was supposed to talk to all I was trying to do was check in for a visit.

    They need to better abandoned banding you on your foot or anything like that but never seen a couch and a doctor's office

    The biggest problem was the fact that when you go in to get X-rays they tell me to lay in the table but the table doesn't go down so that I could never have gotten on that table and non of the X-ray techs even came over to help me. If it wasn't for the driver of the rehab transport bus who had to pick me up from a one-legged standing position, I couldn't have gotten up there! Really scary and kind of ridiculous that the table doesn't move up and down for all the various patients they see!

    Hello, this PA that I spoke to was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave me lots of good information. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes today from my scheduled appointment. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you.

    I was picked up in the parking lot with a wheelchair, which was great. I had to flag someone down to do so. But when I got inside, the check-in was good. They sent me the x-ray. That was good. But then they put me in a room and I waited for 20 minutes to a half hour. And that got awful cold in that lonely room. She said they were awful busy. But anyway, that's the only problem I had. Thank you.

    I'm a little disappointed because I was supposed to get my CD of my x-rays of my broken leg and they lost it. So yeah, there's that.
