Although this is the first time that I met the doctor as before I was seen by the nurse practitioner, he seemed to know my whole history and seemed reassuring about the treatment and prognosis. Also the text in the x-ray Department we're very good about making me comfortable.

I am non-weight bearing still. I would like you to send me home with the help I need and keep me in the facility for a little bit longer, please. Thank you.

The lady at the front desk was very disorganized. That was the worst factor. She told me to come and get paperwork and then was not even there. And they wanted me to come back another day to get paperwork. She was very disorganized upon arrival.

The phone system they use to make appointments or get in touch with the doctors is impossible to use. When you call they don't answer and if you leave a message they don't get back to you. I made my appointment by walking into their office and making the appointment in person. This was a post op appointment!
