Zumpano Patricios Return as Title Sponsor of the Jess Parrish Medical Foundation Golf Classic

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (FEB. 13, 2025)—Jess Parrish Medical Foundation (JPMF) is excited to announce the law firm of Zumpano Patricios as the title sponsor for their annual Fran Gerrett Memorial Golf Classic on Friday, April 4.

More than 200 golfers are expected to play the two-course tournament with all proceeds benefiting The Children’s Center, a service of Parrish Healthcare, and one-stop childhood development resource center. The Children’s Center provides a safe and healing environment for children with and without special needs to learn and grow, along with an array of health, education and human services under one roof.

Tournament players can choose between two golf courses: Indian River Preserve Golf Club with its rich, lush rolling fairways designed by Perry Dye and LPGA champion Jan Stephenson or The Great Outdoors Golf Club with the beautiful natural environment of the St. Johns wildlife refuge. Golf course selection is first-come, first-choice with paid registration.

Event registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The tournament format will be a four-player scramble with exciting contests, including a chance drawing to win a $1,000 cash prize; drawing will take place at the event. Those purchasing tickets for the chance drawing need not be present to win. The tournament will conclude with an awards ceremony recognizing top teams at each course.

Fran Gerrett served as the director of Materials Management at Parrish Medical Center for 24 years. Fran passed away in 2012, but the annual golf tournament lives on as a tribute to his longtime dedication to our community and favorite charity, The Children’s Center.

Leigh Spradling, Parrish Healthcare emergency response services specialist and Fran Gerrett’s daughter, will serve as the tournament’s event chair. Planning committee members include Santi Bulnes, Anita Currie, Tammy Hebert, Nadine Itani, Matthew Morak, Kathy Myer, Jeff Riley, Joe Rodriguez, Christie Rimsky, Kathy Simonsen, Greg Sparkman and Kristina Weaver.
