The Hallmarks of the Season and of our Mission.

Holiday celebrations are as diverse as the people we have the honor to serve. Whether it’s Christmas, Hanukkah or Kwanza, the hallmarks of each celebration are spreading good tidings of peace, comfort and joy. Unlike any other time of year, people everywhere put their differences aside and come together in the spirit of giving and receiving these sacred gifts of peace, comfort and joy to others. It is why this is truly the most beautiful time of year.

As I reflect on the meaning of the season and on the many accomplishments we have achieved as a family of Care Partners this year, I am reminded that the reason for our success is that no matter our differences, we come together in the spirit of our shared mission, vision and values. It is our shared belief that our work is purposeful, healing work that affords us the incredible opportunity of giving and receiving these same sacred gifts of peace, comfort and joy every time we serve to fulfill our mission—Healing Experiences for Everyone All the Time®.

Whether it’s ensuring the provision of exceptional patient care or ensuring the success of the many outreach initiatives with which we participate throughout the year, YOU, the Parrish Healthcare family of Care Partners, are united in making a difference in the lives entrusted to our care. You’ve saved lives; healed injuries; cured diseases; provided for the homeless; donated toys and meals for underprivileged children and families; raised money to extend the reach of our vision; aspired to be and do your best; earned prestigious health care awards and accreditations; and continued to learn and grow.

You have my sincere gratitude and admiration for the many ways you bring the magic of the holiday season to the people and community we serve year-round.
