Parrish Healthcare is Pleased to Announce Preparticipation Sports Physicals for Young Athletes

TITUSVILLE, FL (July 5, 2023) – Parrish Medical Group will be offering two preparticipation sports physical events for the upcoming school year. Who We Play For will offer Electrocardiograms (ECGs) on site. Visit whoweplayfor.org to register for your ECG.

The first event will be held Saturday, July 22, 8am-noon at Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing, 250 Harrison St., Floor 1, Titusville.

A second event will be held Saturday, August 5, 8am-noon at Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John, 5005 Port St. John Pkwy., Ste. 2100, Port St. John.

Dr. Anthony Allotta and Dr. Bryan Parry, assisted by athletic trainers, will provide the physical exams. “This as an opportunity to ensure our student athletes are physically able to compete,” said Dr. Allotta, who is fellowship trained in sports medicine. “If a student has a physical condition that would prevent or prohibit their participation in sports, we can identify that early on.”

No appointment is necessary. The cost is $10 and will be donated to Jess Parrish Medical Foundation. A parent or guardian must accompany the athletes.
