It's been two days and Dr. Parry has not sent my antibiotic prescriptions to the pharmacy and I'm out of antibiotics. I'm sitting here with a cut up foot and I cannot get my prescriptions. Can you please have his office send my prescriptions to the pharmacy tomorrow? Please.

The paperwork from the office staff was a little bit confusing at times, and there was questions I had, and then I gave them my durable power of attorney to make a copy, but then they came and got me to go see the doctor, and I never got my durable power of attorney back. They did call me and say they had it for me, and I could come back and get it, but the office staff was a little unorganized, I would say, but not terrible. That's all.

Yes, after checking in, I waited in the waiting area over an hour before I went up to the receptionist and said, why haven't I been called? And she replied, oh, my gosh, they forgot about you. So I sat there for an hour. This needs to be corrected.
